Primora Bio Usage Questions

How do I use Primora Bio on my plants ?

Our goal is for every customer to be totally satisfied with their purchase. If this isn't the case, let us know and we'll do our best to work with you to make it right.

Are any purchases final sale?

We are unable to accept returns on certain items. These will be carefully marked before purchase.

When will I get my order?

We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.

Where are your products manufactured?

Our products are manufactured both locally and globally. We carefully select our manufacturing partners to ensure our products are high quality and a fair value.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase.

Orders and Returns

Can I order your product internationally ?

Yes, we do ship internationally. Please contact us at contact@primorabio.com to request a shipping quote for your order. Once the quote is confirmed, we will send you an invoice for payment.

How fast do you process orders?

Most orders are processed and shipped within 24–48 hours, barring any discrepancies such as missing address details or other vital shipping information. We typically ship orders on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.

Orders placed after noon on Friday will most likely ship the following Monday.

What Should I do if my package says ’delivered’ but I didn’t get it?

We apologize if you have not received your order(s) as indicated. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered but you cannot locate it -

The carrier may have placed it in a safer location, please check:

  • Mailbox, porch, garage, exterior doors, and any locations where the package could be placed.
  • Check your mailbox again as some packages come separately from your regular mail.
  • Check with others in your house that may have accepted it or with neighbors.

In rare cases, packages may show as 'delivered' but could take additional 24 – 72 hours. If it has been over 72 hours from the 'delivered' status and you still have not received your package please reach out to the shipping carrier used and file a Missing Package Claim via phone or online here:

  • Primora Bio is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, Primora Bio will confirm delivery to the provided address, date of delivery, tracking information, and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.
What is your return policy?

We accept returns of unopened, unused, or damaged products within 30 days of the shipment date. All returns must be approved in advance and require a Return Authorization Number (RA#). Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item was defective or damaged upon arrival.

  • Items must be returned in original condition and packaging.
  • International customers are responsible for duties or return-related fees.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.
