Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party other than the carrier indicated by you, acquires physical possession of the goods. Where you order multiple goods in a single order that are delivered separately, the period expires 14 days from the day on which you acquire physical possession of the last item.

of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (for example, a letter sent by post or email). You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not obligatory. You may also complete and submit the withdrawal form available on our website at https://www.primorabio.com/pages/withdraw-from-contract. If you use this option, we will communicate to you an acknowledgement of receipt of such a withdrawal on a durable medium (for example, by email) without delay.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Effects of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract.
We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.
You shall send back the goods or hand them over to us without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us, to our returns address:

The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired.
You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
Exclusion of the right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and which have been unsealed after delivery.
Primora Bio products are supplied with a safety seal. Once the seal has been broken, the contents cannot be verified as free from contamination and the product cannot be resold for health and hygiene reasons. If you break the safety seal after delivery, your right of withdrawal for that item lapses. Provided the safety seal remains intact, your full 14-day right of withdrawal applies.

Non-EU Customer Returns/Refunds
Thank you for shopping with Primora Bio! We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. Please read our return policy carefully before placing your order:
Return Window: Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of the shipment date.
Eligible Returns: We gladly accept returns of unopened, unused, or damaged products. For damaged items, please provide a photo for our records before a replacement is shipped.
Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the product was defective or damaged upon arrival.
Condition of Returned Items: Items must be returned in their original packaging and condition. We reserve the right to refuse returns or exchanges that show signs of use, damage not reported at delivery, or missing original packaging.
Return Authorization: All returns require prior approval and a Return Authorization Number (RA#). Returns sent without an RA# will not be accepted and may be returned to the sender at their expense. Contact us to receive a RA#.
International Customers: International customers are responsible for any duties, taxes, or additional fees related to returns. If we receive a bill for such charges on a returned item, the amount will be deducted from the refund.
Refunds: Refunds will be processed after receipt and inspection of the returned item. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
